How to Request a Reiki Certificate
Please NOTE!
We are happy to send you a certificate after completing a
course with us, but please read below on how to get one!
Certificates are given out ONLY UPON REQUEST
If you do not request one, you will not get one. If you paid to get one
mailed to you with our seal on it, please also fill in this form.
When we get your email (this completed form) we will reply with your certificate
within a week or two. If it is to be mailed to you, it may take a few weeks to get
to you, it depends if you are in the country or out of country on how long the mail
takes.
If you did not get your certificate within a few weeks of requesting one, please
contact us and let us know.
Please fill in ALL of the blanks to get your certificate. We do not issue
certificates out unless you have gotten the attunements from us, so you need to
specify the date of the attunement and how you paid us for us to issue one.
Certificate handling will be taken care of by Ann, so feel free to use the form
below to email Ann if you need help getting your certificate or have any
questions!
